Baghesur Collective is a sole proprietorship venture dedicated to supporting wildlife conservation through a transparent, professional, and sustainable service-based model.

It is not a trust, charity, or NGO, and therefore does not offer tax exemptions or charitable deductions. Instead, it operates as a for-profit conservation enterprise that partners with individuals, organizations, and institutions to design and implement meaningful conservation initiatives.

At the heart of Baghesur Collective is a commitment to honesty and transparency.

For every project undertaken on the ground, budgets will clearly outline how funds are allocated—while a portion of the funds will be directed towards on-ground conservation activities, research, capacity building, or community initiatives, a defined portion will be allocated as professional fees.

This approach stems from the belief that conservation professionals should not have to shy away from earning a livelihood from the expertise, time, and effort they contribute to conservation outcomes.

As long as there is complete transparency with partners, supporters, and donors regarding how funds are utilized, there should be no conflict between earning fairly and creating meaningful impact.

Baghesur Collective seeks to foster a model where conservation is both effective and professionally valued, ensuring that contributions directly support the cause while also sustaining the people working towards it.
